Happy (almost) Halloween!

With Halloween right around the corner things are getting oh so...Halloween-ey. Being one of many located on Santa Monica Blvd. means a lot of excitement, chaos and spooky, scary stuff coming our way. As always, Santa Monica Blvd will be closed down for the 2012 West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnaval, one of the worlds largest celebrations and we're right there with it! Stop by for a snack, we'll be outside being scary, or whatever one does on Halloween.

Lets Recap

If you didn't make it or just forget about Saturday's festivities that's a shame cause we sure had fun. Pumpkin painting was quite a hit and not to mention the pumpkin macarons were a solid home-run, Thank you Duverger, you guys are the best!! Yes, we seem to have had a pumpkin theme going on, but why not, right?

Don't fret if you accidently missed out though, there is another event in the works come December. I have a feeling there will be some sort of holiday theme happening so stay tuned... and of course some sort of fun-filled surprise that will make for an absolutely fabulous time at the always fabulous Plaisir.

As for all things Halloween, pumpkin and orange...keep it up kids, the big day is just around the corner. If you haven't gotten your costume together you still have time and worse case scenario you can be a sexy...pumpkin. Guys, you can also be a sexy pumpkin just go topless and throw on some orange shorts, that should do it. Have fun and be safe!! Crepes & Coffee

Prepared daily with our own french traditional batter with a hint of vanilla bean 

If you haven't already, you must must must try our delicious crepes. Made right before your pretty little eyes, an option to add strawberries, banana...even peanut butter, they are absolute heaven. We're obviously not in Paris or you'd find us on the street corner whipping these bad boys up on the streets but I'd say (and have heard) ours our a close second. Add a coffee and make it a morning not to forget...we're open till 5:30, no judgement if you want to chug a coffee post 4pm, to each their own. Cheers!!

As soon as the season changes and fall is upon us, so is Pumpkin. Seems like everywhere I turn  this ever so delicious flavor is popping up in some way, shape or form.
